The Corporation of the City of North Bay has retained REMISZ Consulting Engineers Ltd since May 2015 to carry out an annual Structural Assessment of the King’s Landing Municipal Wharf at North Bay, Ontario.
The existing facility was built in 1947. Originally owned by the federal government, the structure was transferred to the City of North Bay in 1997. REMISZ performs annual visual inspections and provides a condition and recommendation report.
