Wojciech REMISZ, P.Eng., M.Sc., FCSCE – Founder and principal of the firm, PEO Designated Consulting Engineer since 1992, carrying over 40 years of extensive work experience. Mr. REMISZ has successfully managed and coordinated numerous projects of all sizes throughout Canada and abroad. He is the recipient of the 1998 Innovation Award and 2014 CEO Willis Chipman Award.


Boris Uriev, P.Eng., M.Sc. – Senior Civil engineer with over 30 years of professional experience. He is well versed with federal, provincial and engineering legislation, regulations, standards, codes, and by-laws pertaining to environmental impact assessment, building, fire, health, and safety construction. He represented Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO) in OPS Drainage Committee and has served as lecturer for more than 5 years in Jerusalem Technological College, teaching road construction and soils engineering.


Cristian Constantinescu, P.Eng., M.Sc., Senior Structural engineer with more than 30 years of professional expertise in structural design. He is recognized by MTO as a Quality Verification Engineer (QVE) for seismic related categories, and was a principal contributor to Earthquake Response Plan in Berkeley (US), Harmonization of the European Seismic Network Project, and PWGSC Guidelines for Seismic Assessment of Stone Masonry Structures.


Ziad Sabha, P.Eng., M.Eng., Senior Structural engineer with 20 years of professional experience in civil/structural analysis, design and inspection of new and existing structures. He has extensive experience in precast and pre-stress concrete design, buildings and elements as well as design of underground reinforced concrete water control structures. Mr. Sabha has performed numerous building inspections, evaluations including proposition of strengthening and is also familiar with testing of building materials (lab and field), steel rebar, concrete and mortar, quality assurance, and design of concrete mixes.


Robert Papiez, P.Eng.,  Civil engineer with 11 years of experience in condition assessment of bridge structures, renewal options analyses, replacement design of culvert structures, hydraulic analysis, modeling, preliminary to detail design, Life Cycle costing, traffic staging and management, design of excavation protection systems, as well as contract document preparation. He is proficient in bridge and culvert inspections and reporting as per OSIM, having completed inspections for over 750 structures.


Wojtek Kuciak, B.Eng., CET, Senior structural designer in practice for over 40 years. He has experience in design and detailing of steel and concrete structures, planning studies, preliminary design preparation, geometric design, inspections and layout of bridges, preparation of reinforced concrete contract drawings, as well as new and rehabilitation designs for prestressed concrete and structural steel bridges. He was also the team leader for the preparation of all planning and design drawings for the Lemieux Island Bridge and pipe-carrying structure (RMOC).


Sarah Ladhani, B.Eng., EIT, Project designer, engineer-in-training with a degree in Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Engineering: Structural from Carleton University. She has experience in performing building condition assessments, suggestions for repair, tender document preparation, shop drawings for steel studs and structural steel, structural design for various project scales, construction inspection services, structural design reviews, shop drawing reviews, construction estimating, and assists with QVE inspections. Knowledgeable in structural design, heritage intervention, and sustainable building design.


Francesco Temi, M.Sc., EIT, Junior structural engineer-in-training with a Masters in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He has experience in design, analysis and drafting for formwork, falsework, scaffolds, crane footings, retaining walls, and various bridge components. He also also performed structural and seismic analysis of structures, construction site inspections, drafting of structural components, and code compliance reviews of various project types.
